At Nextway, we ease the work-life of millions around the world with Next® Digital Workplace — our enterprise suite of apps that help any modern-day company manage their documents and business processes efficiently.
To do so, we have a group of smart, passionate, respectful, and fun-loving business process consultants placed in 6 countries throughout Europe.
Our consultants help the customers design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions streamlining business-critical processes involving documents, such as:
- invoices
- contracts
- emails
- expenses
- bank statements
... and the list goes on.
What you get to do
- You’ll be working closely with our international customers to finetune their business-critical processes. You’ll be analyzing their current use of documents, and advising them to work with smarter, automated solutions.
- You’ll convert concrete customer needs into specifications for smooth internal handover.
- You’ll also be responsible for your own projects and/or be part of larger projects after a thorough onboarding
... and you’ll do all of this in a highly international, professional, and fun environment.
To learn, you’ll get a career plan and training by experienced colleagues.
And once we are allowed back at the office, you will still be able to enjoy flexible working hours with home office from time to time.
Who are you?
- You recently got a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or business administration.
- You might even have a couple of years work experience.
- You know what ERP systems, workflows, and processes are.
- You have solid communication skills, both written and verbal. The main language at the office is German, but the corporate language is English.
- You are structured and have a razor-sharp mind.
- You value good relationships and enjoy contributing to a team effort.
- You are ambitious and have the hunger for learning.
- If you also know of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN 2.0) and Design Thinking, this would be an advantage. But it is not a requirement.
