Quaderer goes live with digital document management

1/20/2021 Quaderer follows the digital transformation trend in the financial sector and automates paper-based processes with Next® Digital Workplace.

Technology is transforming the finance industry and recent trends in remote work make companies turn towards digitization faster than ever. Quaderer Treuhand Anstalt is not any different, and continuously investigates how to become more agile and efficient.

For the Liechtenstein-based accounting firm, instant access to the right information is a must. From anywhere and anytime. That’s why, from the start of this year, an easier, automated solution for processing financial and customer documents is set in place. 

As of 2021, hundreds of documents are archived digitally in Next® Enterprise Archive on a daily basis. Together with client Office documents that are now searchable in a split second to the relevant Quaderer employees. Edited, shared, or deleted for good if necessary. No matter if the staff works from home, or from the office. 

Besides, Next® Bank Statements enables automated transaction processes, where bank receipts are seamlessly saved in Next® and reviewed in a customer specific compliance workflow. All this done in accordance to local and international regulations and standards.
