Meet Mads, our new software developer
3/27/2019 The Nextway team has been growing rapidly. New bright people are joining us every month and this time, we’re happy to introduce you to our new software developer: Mads Nielsen.
Mads is a new bachelor graduate coming straight from Aarhus University where he studied Healthcare Technology Engineering. Part of his education involved a deep dive into the exciting universe of code production. Here, Mads got to master his knowledge of C# as well as covered the essentials of .Net.
Mads is now a month into his role in our software lab in Herning. An R&D team where smart, passionate, respectful, and cake-loving software engineers work every day to turn cutting-edge technologies into easy-to-use software.
In his first job, Mads gets to contribute to the beautiful features of Next®, and run them in the Cloud or on-prem. As part of our monthly brown-bag sessions, he’ll get to spend quality time with his software pals and try out all the new stuff, including his new programming-territory: Java.
When Mads is not in the office, he’s out in the nature with his football mates or with his hunting-buddies. As a passionate hunter and wildlife enthusiast, we’re not surprised he's chosen a job that also requires precision.
