Next® processes invoices in any format and from any source, such as paper, PDF, XML, Swiss QR codes, and EDIFACT. Invoices are indexed manually, using barcodes, OCR (optical character recognition), or by analyzing XMLs and EDIs. Standard captures are available for online purchase portals, and integrating Next® with others is easily done using standard APIs.
