Next® Processes talks BPMN. Business Process Model and Notation is the industry standard for describing business processes. It offers a comprehensive language shared between business people, process analysts, and IT. The draft process drawing made up by staff in HR, becomes the foundation for the final business process running inside the process engine. Use Next®’s process designer, Visio, or any other BPMN 2.0 compliant tool to design your processes.
Never on your own
Tasks in Next® Processes come with detailed how-to instructions. If you need input from a colleague simply click 'Ask for a comment' – giving them easy access to your documents and information. When you are unavailable predefined substitutes may take over some or all of your tasks.
Seamless integration
Next® Processes verifies and lists customers, suppliers, projects, or policies, from the business systems you have in place. Lets you add an email to a process from within Outlook. And provide access from e.g. Dynamics NAV to a purchase order, or an entire customer folder, with a single click. Next® integrates easily and seamlessly with any other systems you have in place. RESTful APIs make that part real easy.
