3/13/2020 As everybody else, we at Nextway are challenged by the Corona crisis.
We have instructed our staff to take care.

As part of this effort to take care, we have cleared out our software lab, and asked people to work from home.
The Nextway Software Lab is empty.
As of now the Nextway organization is fully operational in all countries.

We support, consult, and develop our customers and solutions as before, only with the precautions needed to protect yours and our staff from exposure to the Corona virus.
The majority of meetings are now held online, and almost all of our staff work from home. When we meet up physically, we observe the recommendations set out by the national health authorities.
Most of our customers and solutions we support remotely and can do so securely from anywhere. These customers will experience no change whatsoever in the support they get from us.
Some of our customers have in place security measures that require us to serve them from our office locations. These customers may experience a slightly longer response time. But they will be supported as before.

The relatively few customers who have the strictest security requirements, where only selected security-cleared staff can support them on-site, will be served as best we can. As of now, we have no challenges in this area, but future quarantine restrictions may stress our ability to serve on-site.
We all hope this crisis will be over soon, but at Nextway we are well equipped to cope with a longer period of working online. The digital workplace is in our DNA.
