Nextway consolidates customer support in the Nordics

Nextway consolidates customer support in the Nordics

2/6/2020 Going forward, all customers in the Nordic countries will be supported out of the Nextway offices in Helsinki, Copenhagen, and Herning.

As customers use our Next® Digital Workplace software for increasingly business-critical solutions, expectations to our supporting teams have increased. Customers have come to expect the highest level of expertise in all phases of their project from sales, over implementation, to ongoing support – regardless of what country they reside in.

To secure this high level of expertise, we need critical mass in each of our offices. In Oslo, we have unfortunately not been able to secure this. For that reason, we choose to integrate our local functions with our centers of competences and consolidate our Nordic operation. By doing so, we sadly say goodbye to three of our colleagues, while Kent Nerhus stays on. The three, we actively assist in finding relevant alternative employment.

Our customers in Norway, will after a brief transition period, benefit from being served by our unified centers of competences. And by local partners such as EG, Apper, Banqsoft, Iptor, and TIA. These partners immediately gain from the direct connection to our development lab, our centers of competences, and our international sales team.

Market initiatives within our focus areas - Insurance, Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing - will be handled by our international Sales and Customer Relations team.
